NIGHT ARRIVAL
Find your room
Follow the steps below after you have received your access code.
1. Enter your access code
Touch the small screen showing the hand symbol and enter your access code on the touchscreen. Do not use the physical keypad below it.
2. Open the main door
Wait for the confirmation sound and the green light on the door handle, then pull open the main wooden door.
3. Use the stairs
After entering the main door, go upstairs. Please do not use the elevator — it does not serve the hotel rooms.
4. Collect your keys
At the Key Spot, enter the same access code again. Open the drawer blinking green and take your keys. Your room number is written on the key holder.
5. Follow the route to your room
Select the range that includes your room number.
Rooms 1–37
From the Key Spot, look to your right. You will see a white door. Open it with the large octagonal key.
Continue through the corridor into the reception area.
Walk past the reception desk and continue along the corridor beside the tables.
At the end of the corridor, open the last of the three doors, next to the coffee machine, with the large octagonal key. Then follow the hotel orientation signs to your room and use the small square key to open it.
Rooms 220–222
Go through the glass door and climb the stairs shown below.
At the top of the stairs, the door to rooms 220–222 is immediately on your left. Open it with the large octagonal key. Use the small square key for your room.
Rooms 225–226
Go through the glass door and climb the stairs shown below.
At the top of the stairs, continue along the corridor to the right. Open the door marked Deluxe rooms 225–226 with the large octagonal key. Use the keycard from the drawer for your room and to switch on the power.
After collecting the keys
Use the black chip/tag to open the main entrance from now on. Tap the black area on the door handle; the access code will no longer work.
